Submission Guidelines
1. Prepare your paper
Paper format: Submitted papers must be formatted according to the ACM
conference proceedings format.
Only PDF files will be accepted. Page limit is 10 pages. Please note that
the camera-ready version will conform to the same guidelines as the submission.
Authors of accepted regular papers will be charged an additional overlength
fee if their paper exceeds the above page limit.
2. Upload the paper in Easychair
Submitted papers should be uploaded through the Easychair conference management
system. If you don't have an account on Easychair yet, the above link will
also allow you to create one.
Please prepare the manuscript according to the above guidelines. Once you
upload your manuscript, you will be able to update it until the submission
deadline.
Papers eligible for the best student paper award should be explicitly flagged
as "student papers" in the submission page, and they are required
to enlist a student as a first author.
Paper submission is open: go to EasyChair
3. Register for the Workshop
Early registration will open in May 2009. If your paper is accepted, you
will be asked to register. One author for each paper must register at a
non-student rate, even if all authors are students. One registration covers
two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted. Please go
to the Registration page to register for the workshop.
IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you
have successfully registered.
4. Final Paper Submission
Within 72 hours of your successful registration, you will receive a message with instructions on how to upload your camera-ready paper(s). If you do not receive your instructions, please contact the workshop Coordinator. The camera-ready paper(s) will be formatted according to the same guidelines as the submission. After you have uploaded your final paper, you will be asked to fill out and sign a Copyright Form, to be returned via email or fax.
